Vinh Hoa Medical Biology has a door-to-door delivery service to provinces in Vietnam, applicable to customers who purchase products on the website, fanpage or via phone.
Delivery time:
For orders in Ho Chi Minh City - Binh Duong - Dong Nai, the delivery time is 1 day, counting from the time after the customer has completed the payment.
For orders in other provinces in the central areas of the city, the delivery time is 2-3 days.
(Excluding Saturday, Sunday or public holidays)
Due to the complicated disease situation, the delivery time may be 1-2 days longer than expected depending on the region.
Order processing time will be counted from receipt of your completed payment.
Delivery time can be changed according to customer's request, and Chengtian can also change proactively in case of being affected by natural disasters or other special events.
Your order will be delivered up to 2 times. In case the first delivery is unsuccessful, a staff member will contact you to arrange a second delivery schedule with you, in case you still can't be contacted or do not receive any feedback from you. customer, the order will no longer be valid.
