Thank you for choosing Vinh Hoa Biomedical Products, here are 4 important points to keep in mind to avoid affecting your interests, please review carefully:

Conditions of exchange
1. Product is damaged/deformed during transportation.
2. The product is defective due to a manufacturer defect.
3. The delivered product does not match the order ordered.
4. The product is not delivered according to the ordered quantity.

Time to apply for exchange
1.Customers, please contact customer service phone number within 48 hours of receiving the goods. We will proceed to confirm the information and guide the customer to return the product.

2. Customers return products within 05 days from the date of receipt of goods.

Note
1. Returned products must be unused, with original packaging intact such as stamps, stickers, boxes, barcodes, coupons/gifts (if any). Returned products must be accompanied by receipt, invoice (if any).

2. Please check your order carefully with the delivery staff, if the products are not as expected, please contact us immediately for the best support.

Refund cost
Please pay in advance for the return shipping cost to the shipping company. After receiving the product, if the error is caused by Vinh Hoa Company or the manufacturer's fault, we will refund this value to the customer.
